Information on the VAUDE Sales Meeting Winter 26/27 – Exploring New Paths Together
Dear VAUDE colleagues and partners,
In a world that is constantly changing, new perspectives are needed – also in the way we work together and share knowledge. That’s why we would like to inform you today about a new format for our Sales Meeting, which we will implement together with you in November 2025.
What’s new?
We are moving away from the usual large central gathering – towards a format that creates space: for personal dialogue, tailored knowledge transfer, and an exchange on equal footing.
Two formats – one goal:
- For our colleagues and partners with German language skills:
A personal, focused meeting in Obereisenbach – in familiar surroundings and in German. - For our international partners:
Through additional individual meetings, we will create the basis for relevant exchange – tailored to your market, your questions, and your challenges. Our Country Sales Managers will reach out to you directly to plan this with you.
Why this new approach?
Our experience shows: direct exchange opens up new perspectives and deepens mutual understanding. The new format makes it possible to address individual topics more specifically and to not only understand the collection, but to develop it further together.
Together with your Country Sales Managers and Product Managers, we will take a close look at the collection – with sufficient time for questions, feedback, and looking ahead.

German-speaking format:
- November 4–6, 2025 at the VAUDE headquarters
- No livestream, no recordings – instead, genuine encounters
International formats:
- Individual appointments arranged directly through our sales team

We want to shape change – together, responsibly, and with a clear focus on what truly matters. This new meeting concept is another step forward on our shared path.
